Safari it is

We broke our rule today and bought a crib bedding set for the nursery. :-) We have a lion print (above)from Deb's uncle Tom who was a wonderful supporter in our lives and has passed away. We had always intended to put in a child's room so we thought that finding a "safari themed" crib set was fitting. Suprisingly enough I suggested purchasing it in case it was unavailable at the end of March when we planned on buying one and just hanging onto the receipt and Deb went for it. She's definitely the rationale one in this relationship and I was quite shocked that she agreed to buying this today. Secretly, I know she really liked it. So we added all of the matching little pieces to the cart for the set. It's amazing how much STUFF there is out there for the shorty.
We were excited to find out on Friday that all of our blood work came back positive which means all the levels are where they are supposed to be for 10 weeks and we are happily keeping our eye on getting past the 12 week marker where we can relax a bit. I failed to mention above that our little shopping trip also included a swing by the maternity section where we scoped out the latest trends for those who look as though they've swallowed watermelons. We're not in need of any clothes aside from pants because my stomach has begun to "thicken" and my current pants are becoming less and less comfortable. My colleagues think this is because I'm carrying multiples and I think they're crazy. I attribute it to the large amounts of water i'm drinking because I've been so incredibly thirsty. :-)

Well, that's all for now!
